Scan, take and return

Three steps. No download. Keep your phone in your hand.

1. Scan the QR
Find a station. Scan the QR with your camera. No app. The rental opens in your browser.
2. Take a charged bank
Your card is authorised for £30. That is a hold, not a charge. Take a charged power bank and plug in. Keep your phone with you.
3. Return it anywhere
Return it to any Charge Round station, not only the one you took it from.

What happens if

Stop using it and email support@chargeround.com. A faulty bank means a full refund.

You have 48 hours plus a 30-minute grace period. If it is not returned, the maximum charge is £30.

Return it to any Charge Round station. It does not have to be the one you took it from.
